AGID CANADA announced, via the official publication of the Canadian government, The Canada Gazette, its intention to surrender its charter as a Canadian charitable organization. The brief formal note appeared in Canada Gazette 147 no.8, page 379, dated 23 February 2013.
There is firm expectation of the final, simple legal and financial steps to dissolution being completed by the end of July 2013. This page will be updated as soon as the process is completed in an orderly manner.
